Bay Area Contingency Fee Attorney
At the Strick Law Offices, we accept most of our cases on a contingency fee basis. What this means to our clients is you only pay a fee if and when there is a favorable result.
When you, the client, recover damages from a favorable verdict or settlement, the attorney receives a percentage fee from the recovery. The fee is calculated as a share of the eventual damage judgment or settlement received by the client. The percentage allowed is subject to the ethical rules of professional conduct, and in certain circumstances, statutory limitations. In addition to the Attorney Fees, the client reimburses the attorney for costs advanced toward prosecuting the case.
